I figure he is shoving any two, as I would be. Don't have a lot of hands on this guy, he just got moved to my table, and I was like 12 tabling so I didn't have a read on him.

would never call in that spot. my thinking is anyone who allows there stack to drop to that many bbs will definitely wait til 5.3 bbs to catch k10 or k9 or any ace. look for a better spot

I think that is kind of a rash generalization to make. If I was much deeper I would be inclined to agree, but having 7BB myself I am going to be hard pressed to want to shove over/call a short stack shove as my ATC shove against his ATC shove is not the opportunity I am looking for. I much prefer to open shove and have a deeper stack call me with crap then get into a coin-flip with another desperate player or open shove and have the remainder fold (although I am not really sure how much Fold Equity I really have at 7bb's.
