We avoiding these spots early ?

Is there argument to make a small iso 3bet against in this spot against an UTG 8bb shove ?

Ran the numbers its close.

For me being that your soo deep and in the early stages I would put in a 3bet. ATo isnt exactly the strongest hand but it should be ahead of the utg shoves range. I would have no problem 3bet/folding, or folding. Def never shoving.

The shortie shove is awkward since it makes any small 3bet around a quarter of your stack. in mp i just fold maybe call if i was in sb or bb

Very unnecessary to call or raise imo. FOLD. 8bb's need to stay in your stack here and be put to good use, this is not one of them. Would be spew to call or raise with so many people to act behind and this early in tourney with ATo. The numbers you are running are not accurate because it does not account for all the people to act behind you.

agree with hawkeye i fold here

too many people to act, UTG's range is probably not as wide as we think and its not necessary for us to risk flatting let alone iso-folding this early and pre-ante

Yeah I am folding preflop. It is preante so without info I wouldn't say he is shoving much lighter than a10o to start. Then we have 7 ppl behind us and don't want to get into akward spots and big pots oop this early with such a hand.

Thanks for the feedbacks guys.

I do fold these spots and did fold this one. I was doing my HH reviews and was trying to picky and find anything that I may have missed.

I was keen to hear some thoughts on spots like this.

Cheers.
