What range are you putting villian on here pre? Is 3x his usual open? From experience, a UTG 3x open is usually a less experienced player with a mid to high pair and is scared to play it from early position. With that said, I am not putting villian on just a pair. With the little information you have given I am prob putting villian on 88-QQ or AJ+. He is 3x opening with a 18bb stack from EP so he is never folding pre imo. He only has 15bb's behind so I dont even think your implied odds are worth it with your given hand vs his range. Your 10 kicker is junk so you are hoping to stack him with a possible flush and your odds for that pre are just not good enough. Also we know that we are prob facing a big cbet. The obvious play pre is fold imo. As played, you flop what you wanted and have a chance to stack him so you got to get it in.
