MP2: BB = 14.7, t249390
CO: BB = 13.7, t232451
Hero (BTN): BB = 34.5, t586495

UTG: BB = 26.7, t454649

UTG+2: BB = 67.3, t1144740

Pre Flop: (t44625) Hero is BTN with Q of spades A of spades
6 folds, Hero raises to t34000, 1 fold, BB calls t17000

Flop: (t95625) 7 of hearts 9 of clubs 4 of clubs (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t35200, BB raises to t102000, Hero calls t66800

Turn: (t299625) Q of clubs (2 players)
BB bets t153000, Hero folds

I`m not sure if this is a nitty fold but here is my reasoning..

I didn`t know the guy at the time . His X/R on flop means flush draws, sets, maybe A9 with Ac, or KQcc KJcc KTcc 8Tcc and maybe but unlikely 79 and of course AIR. I don`t think he would x/r with  medium pair and probably would  flat with 8T, 56 or weak 9.

I think calling the raise is fine because some times they X/R and give up and i`m 2 overs in position, etc. What you guys  think anyway?

When the turn comes a club, tough decision because it`s the perfect card for him to extract the most of it OR to bluff at me. The thing is that he SNAP bets half pot. If i call i`m basically commited and at these lower stakes i don`t think he would be bluffing at this point (last 2 or 3 tables) becasuse generally ppl are cautious/scared when gets deep in low buyins MTTs (ths is a 5$ one). Basically i thought that his marginal holdings that i`m ahead he would play them controlling the size of the pot.

So, i decided to fold and wait for a better spot.

What you guys think? Bad fold or should i have jammed on turn?

Thanks for attention and replies

This is a flop I wouldn't cbet unless I improved. When you bet here, and get called, you don't know if your bet was a valuebet or if he's floating with his pp then deciding later, whether or not he has a set, monster draws, etc. In my eyes, it's the perfect flop to delay cbet. If you bet and he calls with his draws and it goes ck ck turn and he leads rivers, you don't really want to call, so yah. that bet gets big by river. so by forcing action onto only two streets, the pot stays smaller and lets you play things easier. I also think villain's will c/r your small size more often than they would had you cbet more like half when they have a piece of the flop. like instead of ck/folding with 76s or K7s or A9 or K9 etc, they'll c/r because they just decide the pots big enough for them and they're probably ahead.
