This is middle-ish stages in a Bovada 1k GTD Deep Stack $3 buy-in. During a HH Review with a friend, this hand he thought was a fold. I’m not sure, and was looking for some input. I raised AQs from utg and utg+2 3bet raised all in for 10 bb. MP1 4bet to 20bb. With AQs, what do you do? Is that a clear fold? 

This tournament has been days ago, so I’m not sure what reads I had on the opponents.
