Villain is 26/11 and has 3 bet me three out of the last four hands I've raised.
We are deep here so considering that what would you do?

If you folded everytime he did 3 bet you previously preflop, then he is going to keep doing it untill you make a stand. I don't like calling with the AQ out of pos because you can almost be sure he will put out a c bet and if you don't hit an ace its going to be difficult to continue on in the hand. If you think he is trying to push you off your hand then I don't mind jamming here, if you think he is strong then fold.
I would 4bet jam here. AQo is strong enough given the recent dynamic. If he has it, then we'll see what happens and worst you do is reload a new one. From the villains perspective this is something I like to do to guys who fold a lot to 3bets so this could be him just trying take advantage of you. You got something stong, make your stand.
I tend to think the villan's range here is stronger than expected. You still may be ahead of that range, but even psycho's won't do this a 4th time with air. I know I typically will super fast play big hands if I've shown lots of aggression with 3bet's pre. Game flow has a lot to do with my decision. Has villan shown down any of his 3 bet hands? Is he capable of 3betting light?
I'm jamming here most often and expecting a call more often than you'd expect, but between the dead money in th pot, FE, and your equity vs. his range I think it's a profitable play.
