Guys suppose all the players have 40 to 50 BB (4000-5000 chips). tourney buy-in stars 22$ blinds 50/100

A unknown player raises to 200 from utg + 1 and utg + 3 call. I am in the MP1 with AQo

What is best to do?

1) raise to 600 and fold to a 4bet

2) just call and see a flop

Not wild about calling, this isn't a hand that plays well multi-way. I'd raise to 800 and fold to a 4-bet. Against a larger PFR I might fold.
