Should we ever flat this? Or even fold, given ICM (there are three super-smallstacks)?

Stacks are very shallow, villain is active and very capable. Except for the other bigstack all other players are pretty fishy.

Some background info: Our effective M is 6,3 – pretty low. We are 8 left, 8th gets $300, 7th $420, 1st is around $2.5k.

We have been 3bet-shoving on villain a few hands ago with AQs, similar spot.
