Hey

No reads.

I was tempted to 4-bet call, stacks are a bit to shallow to flat the 3-bet. Folding does not seem terrible though.

which line would you take?

This is the exact reason why I dont use minraise like I mentioned in the other post 🙂

Not all the players in this buyin level will be a TPE guy like you, so your minraise would be interpreted as weakness.

And you would get 3bets to your raises way more often than me because of the minraise. I know I am not betting a lot more, but psychologically people believe I have a better hand as I am betting more. Although I think .25x is trivial, it accomplished a lot of things. It also prevents a lot of limping. Also, it makes my hand easier to fold.

So here, we dont know about the player but he is most likely behind because he most probably doesnt have a sense of your strength. I maybe generalizing, but I dont believe a lot of guys are ranging opponents in those stakes. I play them too sometimes to fight with varience and they are hilarious. How many times did I get 3bet on with 9Js etc.

in this case though, without information on the villain, and with the weak looking minraise, I am folding this hand with this stack. You can push and take the chance, but we have almost 30 bbs and I would like to wait for a couple of orbits to bump into a better hand to go with it all the way. If I had AK here though, insta push because Im almost never dominated. At least that information will compensate for the lack of information about the villain.

Tough one .. I don't know the answer but I will go with fold.

It is a tough stack distribution .. he is 22BB, and you have 29BB.

Having no reads on him and I assume villain has no reads on you (?) it doesn't look like he's going to fold to a shove preflop.  That said he very well could fold, and even if he doesn't, his range could include a lot of hands that you do well against.  That's why it's not easy to fold.

A shove looks ok if you think you have fold equity.  If you think they 3bet light I think a shove or even flat could still be in order but for now I will go with:

Fold.

This is were hud stats are essential m8 Ino you don’t use a hud still right ? Readless on this stack unless you have reason to think he could 3bet light or is just a lagtard prob jus fold . I would need to no how loose he is how often he’s 3betting how he perceives us to be playing stuff like that before 4bet shoving with AQ I think calling would be the worse thing you could do here on that stack oop ,,,
Folding>4betshove>call IMO .
