Firstly, if you're setting up the scene with the first hand, what did the villain call with?

He's barrelled on 2 streets, so I think I call here and hope he fires again on the river. He's first to act so you'll definitely be able to put chips in the pot if he doesn't. I think raising the turn when you're only behind 1 hand gets too much to fold when he might bet again depending on the river.
