Hey guys, I'm looking at an upcoming Summer Series in Jacksonville, and one of their events is an “All-in or Fold” Tournament with what probably amounts to a good structure and whatnot, coordinating with all of their other tournaments in the series. If I make it over there for the couple events I want to play, this event happens in between day 1 and day 2 of a tournament, so I thought it might be worth trying maybe.
The smallest tournament size this area's series had in the spring was 57 players according to their results pages. The final day 1 of a bigger 2 day event they are hosting begins 3 hours prior to the start of the all-in or fold tournament. If it's in the same poker room (I'm honestly not sure, because the area owns 3 rooms and it looks like last time 2 of the events were at another room about 20 minutes away), I feel like players going busto early in the 2-day event will go on tilt wanting to play in the series still with no other option for the day.
It has a 10k chip starting stack with 30 minute levels. All of the tournaments in the series, except for the main event and the 2-day events, have the same starting stack and level length, so I think the structures might be the same for all tournaments. That being said, if it is, does anyone have any experience with these types of tournaments outside of Merge? I don't think I've ever played one at all, but it really seems to be like it would come down to math as push/calling ranges should be pretty easy to determine for people. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see someone calling with 99 in the BB if they see someone shoving in mid position for similar stacks at most points of the tournament just because that person should know that the pusher can afford to play extremely tight. Honestly, I don't know and I'd like some insight. If I can talk to a few people who have played these games and don't just pass them off as dumb because of the variant of the game, I might just experiment with pokerstove and try to memorize some charts and wing it.
Any thoughts?

I don't have any experience with live AIOFs, but if you want to do some research beforehand, this is your new best friend:
I linked it in the other thread as well, but its just an awesome tool.
Good luck, sir!

Yeah dude, this is exactly the type of thing I was going to use if I play it haha. Thanks. Care to guess on how play will go? I'd like to go in with the most information possible, that's why I'm asking around.
I was discussing it with a friend and his opinion was that he knows that personally, he would eventually screw up from boredom and tilt that he'd call or shove marginally to get bumped from the tournament. That got us talking about tilt wearing down on people after folding every hand for an hour or whatever.
