Hey

Reads – V has been playing kinda tight but at the same time they've also r/f to 3-bet jams a few times. I've not  seen v 3-bet. As for my image i've been playing pretty tight , I did resteal vs v earlier on in the tourney  but they folded anyhow. They were also having a argument with another opponent on the table saying they have good stats and they seemed pretty confident that they are a good poker player.

I found it difficult to fold AK here given the effective stacks , i'd put v on a range of like 99+ AQs+ .and maybe AQo+

Folding seems way to nitty imo unless we had a read that v is a nit.

Sorry about the topic , i was meant to say facing a 3-bet , shall we 4-bet shove or fold?

Getting in AKo for <30 bbs at pretty much all times facing a 3bet from similar stack or less heads up. Don't question your decision based on results.

Not sure how many hands you have on this guy or if you have a HUD or what… But you said 0 3bs. That’s always a bit striking dependent on volumes and such… But the point I’m getting at is I think the 3b range you put him on is too wide. It seems pretty unlikely a “kinda tight” player is opening up to 3b AQo, after playing tight, let alone call off the 4b. All I’m saying, after all that babbling is I would like to know more about this villain via HUD. If that’s all you have no one is gonna say it’s terrible getting it in, I just think there are a lot of times, especially at small stakes where your HUD should throw up major red flags…. Rant ended…

If you can't profitably jam this you aren't raising enough.
