The preflop action isn’t posted but it doesn’t matter. If a player 5x you can assume that he not likely to fold to anything but a shove, and not even that is certain. You are OOP, your hand is drawing, I would just call.
With 60bb stack I assume you are in the top7 or something in this tournament so no need with all the small stacks to play a huge pot pre

it really looks weird. Sometimes when I see people doing that it’s usually something like a small pair that he does not want a call.
BUT, weird as it may appear, I’ve seen people doing this big raises with AA/KK, willing to get action from real hands only, avoiding the risk of playing a multiway pot deep stacked with a premium pocket pair.
Anyway, if it doesn’t make sense to me, I tend to fold. If you’re uncomfortable pre flop, try to imagine what would you do facing a cbet on a K high flop for instance

I don’t think folding AK preflop to a single raise is an optimal strategy, especially not with a hand as strong as AK.
Unless you have seen it before you can’t just range V AA and KK and fold. This could be a 5x with QQ, JJ, 1010 as well, made bigger to avoid multipot.
But yes, I would assign V with a very tight range 1010+ and AK, a range that AK has good equity against until I know what a 5x pre means. It could also be an AQ and V could have an even wider range.
The fact is that V’s 5x could be his normal range, just that he isn’t comfortable playing postflop deepstacked.
So I would proceed with caution but I think a fold is out of the question. I think it’s too tight, our hand is just too strong, we have overs too 3 presumed pairs, we have 30% against KK and are only really in a bad spot against AA.
