Alwasy committed on such a dry flop with these stacks?  Villain was 5/5 after 38 hands but still felt like getting the right price if he has overpair.

If I check back and miss turn dont feel great about calling or shoving a turn lead so just get it in with 2 cards to come….?

Feels standard but just wanna check…

I prefer a delayed cbet in this case. Check back the flop which gives you a chance to maybe actually catch up and if not you can represent an overpair as well. Bet 1/3-1/2 pot on any turn and if he raises you know you are beat and you still have 10 bbs. No need to stack off here imo. Would you cbet that dry flop with AA? I would not because there is nothing to really be afraid of. You want to play the hand the same way you would play it if you had a big pair and trying to get value out of small pairs. When you cbet that flop he is going to get in any pair a lot of the time because he puts you on exactly what you have.

To eliminate these awkward spots, I just open shove with the 18bigs..and if you are called I am racing for a double up.  You may even have them dominated when called by a10ss+.  By just opening the min and getting flatted by the bb who feels they are priced in, you are going to miss the flop 1/3 of the time and yoiu are in this spot.  By open shoving you are widening your range of hands, and if you are looked up by like 99 you are going to win max value when you win the flip.  I try to avoid the these spots at all cost due to this.  Now if it folds around you are still at 20bb stack and have the fe to play with from there.  Best of luck at the tables.
