Literally the first hand at this table and I've never played with either villain before. This was a $10 entry, but obviously very deep in the tournament, fwiw.
Doing some poker stove and assuming villain 1 folds, if villain 2 shoves AQo this is a call regardless of which pairs he shoves. If villain 2 shoves AKo, AQs+, KK+, it's a fold regardless of what other pairs he shoves. If he doesn't shove AA then it's usually a call even if he folds AQs.
What range do you put villain on readless?
Also, how much do you think it changes your equity than villain 1 could overcall? He is obviously folding most of the time, but when he calls, it is probably with QQ+ which is pretty bad for us.

I think his range here is a bit wider than you suggest. I suspect he would play maybe AJ+, 99-QQ and possibly hands like ATs / KQs if he’s quite aggro. It’s a big 4bet though so it strongly says he wants to win uncontested but is likely to hold some value. I think often this is AK, AQ and TT/JJ. AA-QQ would surely just 4bet normally to induce big stack to shove.
I’m not really worried about the other guy with 27bbs here. Given positions he could be light anyway and if you call he needs to be huge to overcall himself.
I’m guessing most people would call off with AK in this spot and it is likely profitable to do so without running the maths.

Readless this is ahrd. I would try to scope/OPR them to see if the BTn is a winner, and even SB. Although SB may be playing more versus BTN the playing versus you. Judging by BTn sizing he seems comeptent as that is a farily standard reg sizing for a 3 bet IP.
I think my rough ranges here are:
BTN: 99+, ATs+, AQo+, with like 10 combos or so of very light 3 bets, liek 89s type stuff
SB: TT+, AQs+, AKo
I thnik BTN overcalls QQ+.
I havent did the stove but I aimgine this is going to tell us to fold. And without great reads my range is probably QQ+AKs, maybe JJ.

dont think you are EVER absolutely crushed here (meaning KK AA) as with 44bb most people are still trying to induce, but on the flip side i find you are very rarely crushing him (AJ, AQ). this feels like a 99-QQ, AK hand in my experience and it comes down to your risk tolerance in this spot for 44bb. i think either option is definitely permissable here without knowing any other circumstances about the villains and table dynamic thus far
