Bet bigger on flop so you can shove turn. But yeah, on turn you can't fold, even if you thought his range was super tight – you have TPTK and a gutshot to the nuts, getting 4 to 1 or better.
It's worth noting two other things – that a check/raise on this turn would actually be pretty scary if you were deeper stacked, because it's hard for him to have too many bluffs on a brick turn like that, and also that the hand he eventually turned up with is irrelevant. The title of this thread shouldn't be “AK vs flopped straight”, it should be “AK vs turn check/raise” or something. Results are mostly meaningless.
