I found myself in a very tough spot here and really wasn't sure what the best thing to do was, I may have played the hand very well or played it like a complete donk I'm just not sure. I also had previous with the player in the pot where I shoved on him with AJo and he called with 9s, I managed to hit an Ace and win the race.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how I played the hand and what I could have done differently?
Any feedback would be very appreciated.

I like your line man, it's hard to put him on any kind of set since he didn't take alert to the board texture on the flop. You have show down equity and even if he made or flush, straight, or had a set on the turn you're drawing to a better hand here 99.99% of the time. only way you might of walked away from this is checking the turn and calling off his value on the river because I doubt a fold is happening here which still would of sucked. I think you played it fine.

Praetor I don't think you are reading the HH correctly. Pre of course is fine. On the flop don't mind your c-bet one bit. On the turn when we pick up our top pair with a flush draw I don't mind check shoving over his bet either. We have to figure worst case scenario we are still drawing live. If we do decide to flat the turn we have to have a plan for what we are going to do on river since we will be first to act.

Your right, I got all turned around because TheBrewHammer was in bold. Ignore what I said previous. I need to stop posting when dead tired, this shit is killing me. LOL
