I'm really struggling with this sort of thing early. I'm not sure about my 3b sizing pre, wether I should have c/r the flop and if I should have called the shove. I'm sure I played all of these things very wrong. I called the shove because I thought it was hard for him to have AA or KK here 10 handed when I have blockers and thought he could have QQ or the same hand. I doubt he has 99 or 66 here with the 4b pre either. I c/r the flop in case one or 2 of the others shoved and got a call as I didn't want to call for stacks early if there were 2+ all ins before it got back to me.
I have no reads on the villain as he's new to the table and this is only the 5th hand in a very deep and long structured MTT. I know for sure that I played this very badly on all streets so any help here would be good pls.

I feel almost nitty for saying this, but I think I fold to the 4bet this early. Especially OOP with two players left to act. V is an unknown and a lot of players will push marginal hands early, even mid and small pp. At best, you are flipping, and at worst, you are dominated. Yeah, you have blockers, but how many times have you had your AK up against AA or KK?
As played, I think I go into pot control mode. Probably not laying it down, but we have NO range on this guy. Gross spot, for sure.

You are losing to AA (3 combos) and KK (1 combo), chopping sometimes and ahead very rarely against his flop 3bet, but once you call the 4bet pre and hit the flop I don't think you can fold from that stack size. I wouldn't raise the flop though – the board isn't too scary for you, only 1 draw and that's if he has AQss or worse with the 4bet, so I would call the flop bet here and check turn to let him barrel (never folding), if he then checks back I would bet river for value.
The alternative is to fold to the 4bet there, which would be pretty tight but oop and against his likely range I think it is the best option. I still like the 3bet though, esp with his sizing, to reduce the number of players in the hand and take initiative.
So 3bet/fold pre. But as played c/c flop, c/c turn and c/c or b/c river depending on turn action.
