Little history on player in seat 1 other then one hand he called AIPF with JJ and tied for pot with a str8 on the board against the other player in this hand in seat 8 who showed AK. Player in seat 8 limps alot flat calls any 3x raise.

I don't think you really want to play for stacks first level here with such reads and info. You can flat in position looking for an Ace or a huge flop. Or you can be fine with folding from given information. I doubt the limper is weak if he is limp/calling every hand and now opening to 7x from ep. Rafas is also 3 betting this guy from MP preante first level and showed JJ last time so he should be strong as well.

the amount of times the 3 bettor has AQ in this situation is so minimal to the times ur flipping or crushed so fold is not a bad option. these are the spots that everyone hates

sucks to have to part ways with a premium hand but as mentioned the chance of someone showing up <AK here is so small.  Can't even flat because it gets back to the 7x PFR before we can see a flop.  I am not near good enough to fold QQ here but I think that should be a fold also maybe only getting in with KK+ and I would just ship it because I doubt anyone who has put money in is folding preflop at this point.
