My first instinct is to 4bet because villian could be 3betting pretty light here. However, with another villian in the pot you would have to 4bet to about 1300 which is a huge % of your stack and you would be somewhat committed to the hand. So I think I flat and disguise your hand strength somewhat. I would definitely proceed with caution on the flop because both villians could easily have pairs and there is a decent chance they could flop sets.

I'd flat and proceed with caution also

no need to inflate the pot OOP against a good player

also my first thought was 4b cause icenigel could have definetly 3b light here, and i was not much afraid of the BB,  i thought if he would have had a premium he would have 4b. according to my stacksize i thought with any 4b i would be committed so i deceided to 4b allin.

1 fold, Hero raises to t188, icenigel raises to t443, 6 folds, AH1977 calls t363, Hero raises to t2829 all in, icenigel raises to t3330 all in, 1 fold

Very high risk play. Right then we are speculating that he could be 3betting light but at this point we dont really know. I think we need more info before we could make a huge over shove like that.
