i think i like fold here. if it was his 1st 3 bet i would give him credit for a hand. i also dont want to give up the control i have at the table and i doubt he is 3 betting you with A10 and if its 10 10 i dont think you need to flip there and anything bigger your crushed. looks like your crushing the table aswel so fold is ok

what would you have done if the SB or BB jammed?  I ask because you are opening directly into resteal stacks (which are basically the same size as the raiser here).

I would call vs BB cause of stack to pot ratio, vs SB it is close but I would just probably fold I don't think he would do it wide enough with M 10
