This looks like a call. UTG is probably limp-folding a lot and as long as the shover knows this, their range is likely to be something like the one you put down, if not a fair bit wider. Hands like A5s+, suited broadways and maybe A8o+ could be in there too. We can be a little tighter since we’re readless, but I think this one looks fine to go with since it’s hard to see them not showing up with worse or a flip reasonably often.
In terms of whether we can ever have a call/fold range here – no, never. Well, not unless the players around us are really completely terrible and we want to trap with AA somehow. But generally, no. 24k with 53k in our stack is too much to call/fold. Most of the time you don’t want to be call/folding for any more than 1/3 of your stack – reason being that once you call a shove for 1/3 of your stack, calling off the remaining 2/3 of your stack usually gives you better than 2 to 1 odds, which tends to be hard to turn down for a large three-way pot unless the reshove comes from an insanely tight range.
