Pre Flop: (t120) Hero is BTN with J of hearts A of clubs
6 folds, Hero raises to t160, 1 fold, Csabesz3 raises to t414

This spot happens frequently to me of late.. relatively early in tourney pre ante getting 3bet with hands that could be dominated

Is he doing this w AT? or A9?

If he has some pairs <JJ and we calll and miss it seems like its going to cost a lot to float.. we may even have to bluff shove!

Folding seems on the nitty side but it just didnt feel comfortable so i went ahead and mucked my hand.

Thoughts?

This early I do not sweat these spots at all. Just fold and make a mental note of it and if he continues to make this play vs. you then u can outplay him when pots are more worth it.

If you dont fold which I think is fine.  I would four bet to like 1095 and if he jams I would call. This might be the higer variance play but you need to assert some agression. If you have a really tight image at this point four bet all day.   The biggest issue is how did the BB get to 59.79BB's up to this point.  So the specific's of what you do in this situation depends on your reads of the player in the BB.  I would first review my read on the player and then muck or 4bet.

Seems like a pretty trivial fold to me.

I think 4b/calling is pretty bad here

Preante I don't think people are getting out of line 3 betting oop very often. Just fold and if the player continues to show such aggression throughout the tournament especially when antes kick in, then you can get a little more creative.
