So at the time, I raised planning on 4 bet stuffing over a 3 bet or calling the buttons jam. Had been moved to this table just a short while back so didn't have many reads on villain, nor was my HUD up (thanks to merge's new software). However, I went back and did some math on his 3 bet calling ranges, and really didnt like my shove. Is flatting his 3 bet an option since it wasn't that big? Any thoughts are appreciated.

I think I like jamming more than flatting.

I like folding the best. Doubt we're ever called by worse and if we're readless I'm not sure we can say he'll 3b hands like KJ/KQ that we beat or hands like 66-99 that a lot of people may flat.

We still have 25 bb if we fold. If anything I'd consider a click it back inducing 4b over a big jam. At least then we can keep the bottom of his range in and give him a chance to spew.

I like jamming as well. Click it back is also an good option. AJ is too good to fold here in my opinion.

Another thing to consider is the villain is also readless on you which may give him a higher percentrage chance of having a hand rather than not having a hand.  His sizing seems like more of an inducer if anything anyways.  You have a good 4 bet shove stack and more times than not in the HR tourney Id assume a good amount of the players would be aware of this.  I think its 60% of the time jam, 40% fold.  Just with 25bb I think we can find better spots.  We can be patient and try to develop some reads instead of jamming into the dark (dark meaning readless in this scenario.)  Just another opinion to consider.

I dnt mind th 4 bet jam here, i hate flatting.  Your stack size is perfect fo him to 3 bet, i like to target players with around your stack size to 3 bet as they are put to a decsion of jamming or folding. He could def b doing this light.  Its ok to look at 3 bet ranges here but he can and should be doing this sometimes with a very wide range imo.  I think i get it in here.

It's tempting to peel vs his 3bet getting a good price. In the moment I'd probably click the “f this guy” button and 4bet shove, but that's probably bad. Despite the price we're getting I think a fold is best. In a tourney with a decent structure you'll find better spots.

Having no reads makes this spot really annoying.
