BvB dynamics can obscure things somewhat. That said I'm not sure he is 'bluff shoving' at this point but is possible at this level. If he is value shoving he is repping KQ or a set of 77s. He could be doing this with with any other 2 pair combo thinking you might just have a pair + draw on turn after you just flat his c/r (although this should look pretty strong) and the rvr bricks. Other hands he might do this with are AQ and AK, thinking you might call with Ax. This is a strange and somewhat spewy looking line. I think I might find a crying call, but then I'm not the best at folding strong hands on rvr, especially BvB.

I feel like at these levels there aren't very many people thinking about things at all just doing things based of their cards. To me this feels like KQ or A10 and they can't or don't want to think of any other way to get your chips but to shove and hope you call. I'm a nit so I would let this hand go and find a better spot to get it in.

Really close but looks like a fold to me. A check/min raise on the turn and an overbet 2x pot shove is almost always going to be the nuts. I know it's only a $2 tournament, but someone with AT is going to be raising more on the turn because of the vulnerability of their hand. A line like this is usually a novice player raising an amount on the turn they know you can't fold to and then hoping you have something to pay them off with. If he's going to go for that much value with AT on the river, he's generally going to be c/r more on the turn.
Seems gross but it's a fold.

I flat preflop here to keep in hands that we dominate like A2-AT,KJ,QJ etc. and if he 4-bets are we happy to call in position with what is probably now a dominated hand? As played I definitely bet bigger on the flop, say about 120 and then the same on the turn, as played I bet 220 ish. Obviously we're behind KQ, 98 and sets at this point, but we're ahead of A7, AT and JT, which would all call pre-flop, call your cbet and then raise the turn. If you shove you get value from the two pair hands and obviously are crushed by the straights and sets. Therefore I like your call on the turn and to re-evaluate on the river. When he bombs it I think it's a job for pokerstove to work out if we have enough equity to make this call profitable. There's a chance he had a spade flush draw on the turn, but I think it's more likely he has two pair, sets and straights here. The pot is 3360 and we need to call 2280, meaning we need 1.473:1 or 40.4%. Against TT,77,AJs-ATs,A7s,KQs,98s,AJo-ATo,A7o,KQo we're getting 33.33% so this is a fold. I guess there are just more hands that beat us than we beat here, and we're not getting the right odds. We still have about 2500 or 125BBs so lots of time to pick up easier chips in a $2 tournie.
