This is in a 1R1A tourney I currently play.

OTF I was planning to get it in, if he reraised. Would you take this line? Looking at it now I wonder if we should make such a high variance play with a hand that could probably call a turn-barral as well and then reevaluate the river.

On the turn I am pretty sure villain has me beat with a pair of jacks (maybe KJ, QJ and is unsure if his kicker is good) or something like ATo. 98 or KQ are in his range too, so I think a shove makes it hard for him to call. Still I am not sure if this aggro play is optimal. Any suggestions?
