I will be doing a video series on these in the near future.  Usually it’s pretty optimal to play very tight early, and shove all in when you get down to 10-15 blinds.  In these, players calling ranges are a lot tighter than optimal so shoving wider in some spots, especially when the antes come in, is very optimal.
