Final table live, $230 buy in, 43 players, pays top 5, $600 for 5th and $3400 for 1st.
Blinds are $3000-$6000, ante $500. Hero has Ad8d in BB. Hero stack is $63,000, Villan's stack is $53,000, average stack is $86,000. Pot is $13,500.
Villan is 3 seats before the button and raises to $12,000. It's folded around to our hero in the BB who calls $6000 with his Ad8d. Pot is now $31,500.
Hero has not played against Villan before and has no knowledge of how he plays.
Flop is Jd 7d 3c.
What should BB do here?

+1 to what black said. With 10bbs, actually 9bbs eff(villains stack), you either shove or fold pre. You should never call pre with eff stacks that small. Sometimes you can get away with flatting KK+ to trap. As played this is a good flop for our hand and if you fold you leave yourself with very little to work with. This is a make or break hand so just go with it.
