Guys, this is right on the bubble 15 paid, we are at 16 players. I am 9/16 in chips. Played with villain a bit and he is running 33/33 for the last 18 hands on this table. Played with the other villain bluntzz5499 and he has probably been the loosest player on the field. He is running 48/39 in 54 hands. I felt both the villains have been raising too many hands. I have absolutely no idea why I chose to flat call this hand preflop. If I thought villain is raising light, I should have shoved. May be the bubble factor made me make this move. I would like to know if this is a big mistake.

As played, on the flop, we have a gut shot and flush draw. Is it right to shove when villain bets? I put in a wide range for the villain (66+, A5s+, KTs+, QJs+, JTs+, A9o+, KQo) and pokerstove puts me at 36% pre and 53% post flop against the main villain.

6/18 preflop raises is tough to analyze because it’s a small sample. But on the flop an UTG raiser will call your all in with a lot of its range (big pairs, big suited diamonds). It’s only folding AQ/AK with no diamond based on the range I’d assign. It’s possible you gave V too wide of a range because of 33/33. It’s a weird hand because although you have diamond blockers, you’re not blocking the diamonds that would be in V’s range. This might be the case of a hand that doesn’t get called by worse. If you call the flop, V could shut it down on the turn if it misses, and maybe you have a better shot of taking it away then.

4-bet shoving pre may not be right because your hand flops well. Maybe it’s just a fold on the bubble because with two callers ahead of you there’s a good chance someone could bust.
