Hello, new to the site, loving it so far.  Now on to this hand,   I'm guessing I should have 4 bet more, probably around 9-10k, just wanted him in the pot, he was playing a little tight , around 17/12.  But as played, what line do you all take, flop and turn?

I think i'd either call or shove.  Raising is extremely strong given your stack size and that fact that there's an all in and your not afraid of your hand being revealed..

On the flop I kinda like overshoving because it makes it look like AK with a heart, plus without a heart in your hand your equity isn't that great against any hand with one, and any hand that we think will call 11k on the flop and then the rest on the turn is probably calling all of it on the flop anyways, right? I mean is he flatting the flop with 99 and then folding to a turn shove? That, with a heart killing your turn action makes me want to shove flop. If you raise more preflop to like 9500-10k then you set up a bit better stacks so it's not as much of an overbet.

I think you can also shove pre, though. Calling I don't like as much but 24bb deep it's hard to mess up AA unless you're just an idiot postflop or something.

My preferred line is 3 bet to about  11-12 K and shove a flop like this one if very dry flop, I try to bet 3 streets for value ending with a pot sized  or less shove.

As played preflop I like your line, bet for value on flop hoping to induce a shove  or call from a single heart or other draws.  No heart I stick it in on the turn.

Well let's break it down:

Call: Can be good if we think it was tarp our opponent, disguise strength of hand, etc. Can be bad because it lets him see flop much much cheaper and if he hits he's gonna stack us.

Raise 9k-11kish: Good if we can get our opponent to commit more chips and sets up nice stacks so shove most flops. Bad if it makes our hand look stronger than just flat our shoving and our opponent makes a tough fold.

Shove: Bad if it gets our opponent to fold hands we want action from like 99 or something, good if it disguises our stength in “he wouldn't shove AA here he'd flat/raise small”, good in not fancy/slowplaying.

I like the shove, we want to be heads up with one. The more people in the pot, increases the chances of the Aces being cracked.

Shoving looks weakest and people get it in light these days. So I shove.

this and to get HU, there's enough in the pot already, no need to get tricky and get into a multiway pot which will decrease ur equity.
