This is the first hand of the tournament so no reads. When I raise pre and barrel the flop and turn I've shown enormous strength and yet the CO still wants to jam all his chips in. I doubt any competent player will do this with a Jx so his possible combinations are two pair, sets, straight/flush draws. Early in a tournament, though, I doubt anyone is jamming on a semi-bluff on the turn vs someone double barreling, right? Looking back over the hand now I feel it's a clear fold. Thoughts?

You  are probably beat in this spot. If you fold to the shove you still have over 100 BB and plenty of time left.

looks like 77 worried about the double flush draws and just deciding to shove it in now.

Ya I think 77 is a very likely hand to put villan on and possibly JJ.  Folding turn is probably correct in this spot.  This is coming from a guy that HATES folding overpairs on draw heavy boards.  T9 also has a made hand here as well – maybe T9h.  Regardless I'd be surprised to see us ahead here.  If villan does have a draw here than it's likely he's a spew tard and you'll have other chances to get his chips.  FOLD confidently.

They do spazz with worse at times but I'd fold this on the turn after betting like you did and feel quite good about it with 2375 chips left at 10/20 blinds.
