Hey,
Reads – V has been getting involved in a few pots , i've not seen any showdown. They do come across loose but nothing crazy as such.
what would u do on the turn here and why?
This turn card is terrible for us as all the semi-bluffs he raises on the flop are now stronger made hands than ours or have very good equity against our hand.
I call turn hoping he checks behind river and check/folding any non-club/Ace river. Not sure if its correct to fold turn if we are only continuing to showdown ~22% of the time (any club or ace river).

Effective stack is 35BB to start the hand. I think you should have reraised the flop and be happy to get it in in that spot. You know he can be doing that with flush draws, hands like A9, TT+ and obviously 99.
You've said he's aggro and I'm definitively happy to get it all in there with my overpair in a paired board and a backdoor to the nut flush. What I don't want to do is slow play my hand in that spot, with a semi wet board agains a player that's going to put pressure on me. Just commit yourself in the flop and you save yourself a lot of problems. I'd make it 4200$ and call / push any turn.
