I usaully go 3 1/2, 4x the original raise.  Maybe for the  squeeze should be making it a little more.  Good question.

1st hand  I would bet 7500-7800 I think you want to induce some action here so you can get max value for your hand. You get to play the rest of the hand in position so that is another thing going for you. plus both stacks have you cover so you could triple up if things go your way..

2nd hand I think your bet sizing is fine because you have to play the rest of the hand out of position so 4x is a good fee. since your just 3 bet someone might call u thinking your 3 bet is light.

or

2nd hand you can try to induce a shove by green8888 12 BB stack by 3 betting smaller like 6k-6.5k his squeeze might get musclehead to fold and you could add 12bb to your stack.

I prob do like 8400-9000 there. Not small enough to guarantee both of them call and not big enough to guarantee both of them fold.

I don't like making the bets too small since last to act can never fold if your other opponent calls.

Plus with your stack size your 3 bet looks like a committing one and you don't want to look committed to the pot since now their shove range must be very strong.
