55/1400 left in The Big $27.50 on stars.

I havequite below average, about 1/3, sitting ~50th.

Poker Stars $25.00+$2.50 No Limit Hold'em Tournament – t1200/t2400 Blinds + t300 – 8 players.

otavioMNY (CO): BB = 19.6, t47026
InS0MnI1 (BTN): BB = 24.6, t59144
southrnctowl (SB): BB = 11.1, t26580
lexthedog203 (BB): BB = 32.8, t78797
D PitcherAK (UTG): BB = 62.6, t150134
CabecaCoro (UTG+1): BB = 33.6, t80697
Hero (MP1): BB = 11.5, t27625
neldog59 (MP2): BB = 14.6, t35107

Pre Flop: (t6000) Hero is MP1 with 8 of diamonds A of diamonds
1 fold, CabecaCoro raises to t4855, Hero raises to t26400, 5 folds, CabecaCoro raises to t80397 all in, Hero calls t925 all in

Flop: (t60650) A of hearts K of hearts J of hearts (2 players – 2 are all in)

Turn: (t60650) 6 of clubs (2 players – 2 are all in)

River: (t60650) A of spades (2 players – 2 are all in)

The reason I just 3bet shoved is, that the UTG+1 guy has a 32% opening from EP (100hands sample only). He is a pretty lose and aggro reg. I felt that after the blinds went over me, my fold-equity would be very very low, because the table had called allins very wide (except for 3bet pots).

Still I wonder: Was this too gambly?

Hmmm. Hes opening into many 3bet jam stacks from utg1 so it seems strong. Also your rejam has to get through 6 players. Your equity against his perceived wide opening range is like 50%. Its close Id lean toward a fold and grind the short stack. I just dont think hes folding to our stack size very much…I wonder what is the bottom of our rejamming range with almost no fold equity? What do you think?
