Seems reasonable to me, although his river sizing is suspicious because if he's smart about his bluffing, he should mostly be targeting non-pair hands and doesn't necessarily need to bet this big. Your specific hand is also not the ideal bluff-catcher because you block some of his bluff candidates (busted heart draws) and none of his value hands. I don't hate the call by any means, though.

Some cards are better than others, but there aren't many spots where you shouldn't have a bluffing range at all. For me, a “bad card to barrel” usually means I'm only going to bet my best bluffing hands.
