reads – v has not been active , has been playing tight ish.

i'm not sure what to make of the bet on the river?  just can't figure out what they will be value betting on the river here? there's certaintly hardly any 6x in their range given that they opened from UTG  as for AA-TT that would be bet on the turn for value on such a wet board The check on the turn seemed weak as well ,things changed on the river when they made that bet though , most marginal hands would check it back so only hand that would make sense would be a hand like JTs (diamonds) or 66 but that's a small part of their range, or a flush which got there on the river.

I'm pretty much discounting monsters from their range, better players may bet for thin value on the river with a hand like AA-TT, but i'm not sure how good this player is.
