5 folds, Hero ?
only problem with os here is we fold out some smaller pairs that would reshove to a standard open or min raise
if we look, everyone behind us has a perfect stack size to do so and in that situation we'd be 4:1 to double
i like raise calling here but the os is obv a profitable play
Shoving is the less variance play, which is fine but over time you are losing value out of your hand if players behind are reshoving lighter than 99s which a lot of the time atleast one of them are. Optimal play in my opinion here is to raise/call a shove especially since your stack looks like you can raise/fold here one more time before you have a reshove stack.

problem is when you open and get flatted and have to play with an overcard on the flop. i guess at that level of tourneys you aren't getting flatted that often, so maybe raise-call is better than open shoving.
I am shoving pre I believe due to our stack size…I think that we just get ourselves in to many awkward spots post when opening and get flatted oop when an over hits. I ship it pre and win the race and if folded around pick up the blinds and antes keeping my stack above 20bb.
