Flop is pretty close, lately I've been erring towards betting these spots, especially when there's some value in getting him to fold like QJs or something. In other words, I'm more likely to check KK than 99. As played, I think river may be a fold. Presumably you have some Ax in your range as well, so 99 really should be the bottom of your range.
