Even with this being a great board for the BB to check/raise very wide here, I'm folding this.  If all the money goes in on the flop we are never going to be real happy unless he has 77 somehow.  Hands that are drawing (single 4, flush draw), can also have overcards to our 88 to increase the villains equity. Plus, he hands in his range (set, str8, bigger overpair) that have us crushed.  Thus, I don't like raising the flop unless I know the villain is check/raise happy on boards likes this AND I know he will fold most of the time.  Calling isn't an option for me either because there are so many bad turn cards and he is likely to keep barreling.  I just say nice play and go on to the next hand.

It’s a 6max MTT on the money bubble – 34 left, 30 pay.

Table has been aggro with lots of opening, 3bet/cbet etc but no showdowns of note.

Villain is one of the more aggro pre but no post flop reads.
