9man SNG. Is there ever any reason to play this agressively this early in 9man SNG. No reads other than just putting villian on A10+ hands, pckt from 4’s to 7’s. How is this play?

I’m no SNG player but I would think that this is a fold PF.  Also, why can’t he have 99+ here?
