Fold.  With better position at the table id push it but UTG +1 is a lot of players to get through with a weak hand.

I'd always fold this one. You can eat the blinds and not really change your FE at all (you pretty much have none anyhow), so you might as well wait for a better hand to ship it with.

Depending on the buy in, the passivity of the table, the time of the tournament etc you can shove slightly less or more but shoving J8o here will surely be a mistake almost always. I've put a link below for a push-fold chart that can help you see unexploitable push-fold ranges given antes, stack size and position.

UTG+1 , with no antes and 8bb you should be shoving a range like —- 33+ A9s+ ATo+ K9s+ KQo QTs+ JTs

Easy fold pre-ante. With antes there are tables where you could go with J8s, but J8o is too weak.

Side note: Push-fold charts are only useful up to a point. They'll teach you how to play profitably, but they won't teach you how to play optimally.
