77 w/ 9BB utg+1 and utg limp - shove or fold?

Is this a good spot to shove or is utg always calling (he'd get c. 1.5:1 odds on the call)? Villain is 17/8 over 12 hands.

Whats your read on him? You also have to get it through the rest of the field, its a close spot but I would probably let it go.

Also tempted to let it go. With the rest of the table super deep you might get called in a couple spots and if that happens you almost always have to hit your 7 to win.
