I dont know, what is here the best play? I hate calling here, because i havent got implied odds on opener. I dont know, what is here optimal play.

Hate your raise here. Stevebuddy has less than 20 bigblinds and his raise of 2.5x in early position shows he is either a bad player or he has AA or KK. With the other deepstack (garci76) calling I think you need to get out of it. I say this because garci76 might just be calling with a monster instead of raise/iso here in hopes somebody spazs and raises or shoves so he can instant call. Garci ended up folding but it is a definite possibility. I think the best play is to fold. I am betting that stevebuddy has a monster.

You have a short stack opening early with almost 12% of his stack, I think that the 3bet is a really bad idea unless you are planning on calling him when he 4bet jams you, which is going to happen virtually 100% of the time in this situation. As far as I play 77 is a really vulnerable hand here pre-flop given what I have seen so far and there is no way that I am going to bloat the pot with it. I am pretty content to call the raise though and see a flop to see what happens. Pretty good chance if you call that at least the BB is going to come along giving you a lot of players to grab chips from if you hit your set.
I like a call here, because garci has a nice stack, and if you hit the set the implied odds are there. I think folding here is a little tight, and I think the initial raiser is really strong or really bad- maybe both. Raise calling here seems a little spewy.

Fold. You don't know if the implied odds are there. Just because you flop a set doesn't mean you're guaranteed to get a dime out of anyone.
I'd lean towards fold here as well but don't hate a call to set mine as well. I think its fold>call>>3 bet

3 betting is the worst option because of effective stack sizes and the opener's position
