Thought’s on how I played the hand up to the river? His raise on the river confused the hell out of me.  His c/r on the flop looks FOS.

The way you played the turn/river will be very confusing to a lot of people and I can see a call here since some people will think you’re FOS or think they they are getting value with a worse Q.

I don’t really see a reason for the turn bet.  I would be trying to get to the river with two streets of betting rather than 3.  If you check turn then i think you can safely call or bet if checked too on river.  You opened yourself up to another c/r if he does have a strong hand (or a good bluff).

Would he be c/r the flop with a worse Q? I feel like on a dry board like this most ppl will have sets or air.  You are right though the bet is worthless on the turn either way.  If I put him on air or nuts(i did) I should check back the turn for pot control.

What a strange hand.  I agree with RFB that we should check behind on the turn for pot control, etc.  I think if we check behind we can also catch more bluffs on the river.  With that said, I do think that if we check turn we can only call on the river.

i think if we are opening enough and cbetting enough that getting it in on the flop here is fine. we should have plenty of air 3bets in our range if his line ”looks fos”

Im with Killingbird on this one. Dont know that I want to 3bet the flop with just TPTK on a dry board your only getting called or shoved into by a hand that has you beat.

I concur with eveyrone else here.  Just get it in on the flop.  If you are calling the flop to slowplay top-top, that’s one thing… but you should really bet the crap out of the turn in hopes of getting it in if that is the case.
