$75 45 man Am I calling off too light vs a nit

So the villain here is lol 4/0 over 45 hands. But he's also down to 7bbs though and it's sb vs big.

Questions:

1) What do you think his shoving range is here?

2)Also considering the buy-in should we assume the villain has at least some clue about shoving ranges?

3) What would a nit's stats have to be for you to call here? I'm working on tightening my calling ranges a bit and feel like this might of been a spot where I should just fold and move back.

I make the call, he should know that your more likely to fold than the other biggerstacks, its bvb and he's gettign desperate. He needs those chips.

He's shoving about 65% or maybe wider if you've been playing tight in the blinds. It's a call with any ace, any pair, any K etc.

It's a call. He's completing, min-raising, or 3X with big hands you are way behind. More than likely, he is shoving for FE or you losing a significant portion of your stack than for value.
