Dont show the results it may changes peoples opinion of how to play the hand. I would say that 22BB is kind of an ackward stack size.  I would probably ship if I was playing here, if it were 25BB I probably would just open raise. Limping is never a good idea IMO. It does suck that you have medium strength hand and your UTG and have to get through a lot of players. Also you open raised and called it off to a shove so clearly shoving would be better, although I dont think it would have changed anything in how the hand was played out.  So I would shove first and folding would be my second choice given your stack size. You didnt mention the table dynamics and how many maniacs would be acting behind you, they may make a fold a better option…..just my 2 cents.

100% just ship it here.  You don’t want to flip with anyone who is trying to resteal or talk yourself into a fold PF. Your 66 won’t play well post if just called.  If you get called by better it’s just a cooler.

I would have def shipped 20bb….22 seems pretty deep…

1)What is the deepest you would shove here RonFezBuddy?

2) What would your plan be for playing the hand if you were slightly deeper than what you would shove?

1)What is the deepest you would shove here RonFezBuddy?

Assuming a calling range of 99+,AJs+,AQo+ (which is 5.4% of hands) and not sure 99 calls but let’s leave it in.  That means the 2 left to act call only ~10.5% of combined.  When called your 66 has ~36.5% equity.

So ~89.5% of the time you win the blinds.  10.5% of the time you are called and 36.5% of the time you win a monster pot, 63.5% you get stacked since both blinds have you covered.

The EV of shoving is +1575.

Playing with some larger stack sizes it’s profitable all the way up to 80bbs which of course is silly to do that deep.  My cutoff for a move like this is probably 24bbs or so.

2) What would your plan be for playing the hand if you were slightly deeper than what you would shove?

Raise call up to about 33bbs or so.

raise call looks good if you have been active, raise fold if the are uber nitty. shoving is +ev and uneploitable

reads on players left to act are importnant as to the best line

2 options 1 open fold which I dont really like but I like better then raise fold. But the most plus ev option IMO is to just shove here. Seems pretty standard. I mean in this spot your getting called anyway but its all part of the math of the play. This is a pretty easy and standard shove.
