Delaware Park – 7pm $65 Daily

We're at the 1600/800 300 ante level and I've got a little over 12 BB.  We're down to about 24 players left.

I've been probably the most aggressive player at the table, shoving probably 3 or 4 times in the last level and a half and getting folds.  I feel like some of the other players have probably picked up on this.

HJ limps in, hasn't played a lot of hands.  I've seen him limp/fold to my shove at least once.  He has me covered.

CO calls, he's the big stack at the table.  Solid reg.  Again, he's folded to my shove as well.

I have 77 OTB.

Is this an instant shove with my stack or do I just call?

And yes, I fear the answer and the resulting criticism.  laugh

Shoving 100% of the time here. Yes they may be trapping you sometimes, so be it. For the most part they are just gunna fold, and you’re going to add valuable uncontested chips to your stack. And even if they do decided to take a stand vs your relentless shoving, 77 is still going to be way ahead of this “take a stand” range which could easily include hands like 22 and A4s etc

I agree with emufart.  You have to shove 100% of the time here.  The worst line would be limping in.  Yeah the hijack or cutoff could've got cute and limped in with a monster hoping you would jam due to the fact you had done it so many times but you are definitely ahead of their range.  You do only have 13 bb's as well so you have to rip it in.  Standard spot.

Ya you gotta shove here.  If they did decide to get tricky here with a premium more power to them.  You pick up this pot such a high % of the time cause they both fold it's a pretty easy shove.  If they did decide to limp and trap you just bink a 7!

calling is definately out of the question!

your stack and your hand dictate an easy shove here as pointed out above.

Heh….I did bink a 7 OTF.  First limper bets about half pot, I shove (second limper had folded as does the big blind).  Comes back to the initial limper, who thinks about it for a second then calls.  Flop was J 7 8, he turns over J9.  He hits his T on the turn, the flop's a brick….GG.  After the hand, he tells me “I put you on an Ace.”  Lol….

Lesson learned.  Had not been playing much lately so I'll have to chalk this up to just not being as comfortable in these spots as I normally am.
