In this small fileld (45 runners) 6-max low buy-in bounty tournament at Sky Poker we have just broken to the final table. 5 spots get paid, the blinds are 400/200 with no antes. I'm the shortest stack, but still quite deep with 22BB after posting my blind. The average stack is 37.5BB. There is a limper from the cut-off and 4 folds. How should I proceed here? The villain is a complete unknown, this will be the first hand I have seen him play.
I know this is a noobish type question, but I'm never sure how to proceed in situations like this.

at 22 bb's it's a +ev shove, considering his fold frequency i don't see an icm problem… i'll happily add 10% to my stack w/o showdown, we're crushing his limping range and applying max pressure… no antes def makes this tighter, but i think it's still the play
raising is so often going to bloat a pot oop lost on 2/3 of flops praying he folds, losing the raise and a cbet with this stack is a disaster
