This is a hand from a 250k GTD at Borgata a few months ago. 

19 left, redraw for seats at 18, 7 handed

Pre: I shove UTG+1 with 20BB holding AKo, CO calls with 1BB behind, SB shove, CO call.

Me: AKo, 20 BB

CO: 55, 21 BB

SB: QQ, 50 BB

I was relieved to have 2 live cards when the SB showed QQ. QQ held,and im fine with my own play. However should CO have called with redraw and money jump coming? The difference between I finished 19th and CO got 18th, difference in payout was 1 BI, though I don't know if CO  took that into consideration. Was his call of my all in a good one? What about the SB? I felt like it was a bad play by the CO due to ICM and bubble factor.
