I think you can fold this safely, bc he won't do this with a worse hand than yours. If you are really lucky you can stack AK here. Like the check-raise though.

Don't call pre btw. You have a marginal hand which is crushed by his utg-opening range plus you are oop.

I control the size here and check call this scary flop you might be crushed already and by check raising you allow him to fold all worse hands and continue with hand that have you beat or have great equity.

I fold now he puts the second raise in on the flop. don’t think you can get in stacks here profitably since he knows its possible you flopped the nuts he should be pot controlling in position with the only hand you hope he has – AK

c/c flop and reevaluate to control pot size

hope to be up against AK and even if he has like TP+F draw we arent in great shape

Fold pre. 

But I think check/calling is better than check raising or bet/folding. I really don't like the idea of bet/folding 2 pair on the flop.
